Comigo

Illustration

Comigo is a mental health app that combines therapy and productivity support to help individuals manage ADHD and other mental health challenges.

In collaboration with Zypsy, a design agency for web3 start-ups, I created a brain illustration that became central to Comigo’s visual identity, enhancing the brand's appeal and mission.

Project Background

An Inclusive Future

Comigo envisions a future where everyone with ADHD, no matter their background or financial situation, has access to the tools and support they need to thrive.

The Comigo app combines therapy and productivity support in a single place, delivering actionable solutions that fit into your life - helping users build, learn, and grow with 24/7 access to practical advice and support to help them flourish.

In collaboration with Zypsy, a design agency specializing in web3 start-ups, I created a key illustration of a brain that became the centerpiece of Comigo’s visual identity. This artwork played a crucial role in shaping the brand’s aesthetic, enhancing its appeal, and aligning with Comigo’s mission of providing accessible mental health support.

Process

I did preliminary sketches based off Zypsy's creative/art direction and rough pegs. We did a couple of rounds, going back and forth (with a range of styles), before deciding on a final study to render.

[PICTURED BELOW:] These are all the preliminary sketches, hand-drawn in Procreate.

The brief was about making complicated lines curving in different directions coming together to form a likely image of a brain (representing an ADHD brain, addled with thoughts that went in different tangents). The challenge was making a complicated design without being too cluttered composition-wise & the form of a brain to be easily recognizable.

The final renders were all done in Figma.

Renders & Application

The brain illustration was prominently featured across Comigo’s marketing materials, app interface, and promotional content, serving as a recognizable symbol of the brand's commitment to mental health support.
